As member of the University of Toronto Faculty Association (UTFA) Executive Council, I was a member of the negotiating team (2009-2012), chair of the Equity Committee (2009-2011), chair of the UTFA Appointments Committee (2011-2013), chair of the Workload Advisory Committee (2012-2013).
